1) Baby Furniture- Pick out your baby bed, dresser, and any other furniture now! If you wait until your delivery is within days, it will only be tougher. Since these tend to be big ticket items that you will likely hold on to for years, it’s best to take care of this while you still have the strength to shop.

2) Baby Name- Do not wait to name your baby! It’s not as easy to do as you might think. The longer you wait to make this important decision, the less likely it will be that you choose a name that you will be happy with for the years to come.

3) Baby Costs- Instead of waiting until you’re broke because you have overspent (yes, babies cost more to raise than most parents realize), why not determine how much it will cost to raise your baby in advance? This way you can set a budget that you can stick with.
